I continue to be impressed by Ollie’s energy and stamina, considering that he was being portrayed as semi-conscious and unable to stand alone while in the dungeon. Maybe they left out the strip where he finds and eats a can of spinach.

Never actually tried the stuff myself, but if it gets him through the emergency it’s probably worth the crash that follows.
