   Hopefully Whiskey’s reappearance is a good thing.

   As a New Yorker, of course, I’m addicted to real estate as a spectator sport. I can’t stop trying to place the view. But I haven’t been upstairs in enough buildings to be able to tell Thompson Square from Madison Square! The traffic looks more like Madison Square on a mellow day. Anyway, as far as I’m concerned, any NYC neighborhood is a good neighborhood.

   I just want to know what spot in the Apple is going to fill the role (as well as anyplace possibly could) of Gritty’s. I’ve had to sigh at enough general invitations to join Corey at Gritty’s (I simply don’t do 600 miles per beer) that I’m actually looking forward to hearing about how that quest goes.
