Most comic strips pitched for syndication fail. Corey Pandolph is no stranger to failure. His years of trying to woo, bribe and threaten editors into accepting his features has led to a stack of “unsellable” comic characters and concepts, as well as a chronic case of the ANGRY EYEBROWS. Enjoy this new offering from the Fake Rockstar, showcasing brand new material from the the three biggest failures in his tumultuous comic career: BARKEATER LAKE, TOBY, ROBOT SATAN and GREENE WITH ENVY… All in one daily comic, destined for nothingness. Corey Pandolph also draws Phil Frank’s Internationally syndicated strip THE ELDERBERRIES, proving that riding coattails is his only route to comic success.

Corey,
Is it true?! Or are you simply playing with us? Teasing us into a false sense that both are back.

Ditto.
Asking whether “things feel different around here” and deciding that Yes, they do, “a little”, is a big part of real life. Always.
But in the case of BL it’s good news, too.
Consider the alternatives: Totally different, strictly the same, or (heaven forbid) gone for good … I’d say we’re all in luck.

I hope that you can combine these properly. I loved Barkeater Lake and Greene, not so much Toby, Robot Satan. Hope you can make it work and know that my family will keep reading your work, no matter what.

Just two quick questions. Angry Eyebrows? Really?
Seriously, Corey, welcome back! It’s been too long.
I hope the Big Apple is good to you.
Cheers, mate!
