    I have seen the northern lights around here, but they only seem to be white.
    Chalkie would probably call it the aurora bore-me alis…

    Five weeks after my father passed away, I suffered a fall at work resulting in concussion and a black eye. I vividly recall being helped up to my feet and being taken to a first aider.

    When I returned to work the following Monday, I asked who it was that discovered me and I was told it was a maintenance man called Tam. I immediately went over to him and thanked him for helping me up, however he looked confused.

    He told me that I was already on my feet when he saw me with blood on my face and that I was clearly dazed.

    I thought nothing more about it until the following day when it occurred to me that the mysterious hero was my father.
