Ha, football and racing, that’d be all Andy looks at. Except, maybe……..the comics?

Speaking of catching up on comics, I’ve been catching up on what I missed. As usual, the classics were great!
    …………………………………………………………………….
..@Dry it was a trip with my mom that I took to visit with several relatives that live in another state. Hubby and I just got back from a few days at the lake.where we (just the 2 of us) built a small cabin when I was pg with my daughter. I’ve finally convinced him (woo hoo) that afrer 24 yrs it’s time to repaint walls and replace flooring so we’ll be working at that every once in a while through the summer. This last few days was to clear out the spiders, snakes, mice, etc. and make it habitable again from the winter.

I wanted to weigh in on the Yuengling discussion. I’m assuming beer is always appropriate comment on this comic. I recognise the name because my husband enjoys it. It’s on tap at his favorite bar in upstate NY. He, our son and SIL, and now our daughter as well are beer afficianados. Myself, not so much. I only occassionally will order one and it has to be really icy cold and I never order it before my food arrives (I just wouldn’t care for it by itself) But the horrible confession is this………much to my family’s confusion, dissapointment and yes, I suspect even embarrassment (my husband slinks down into his chair) I only order Bud, Coors, or Miller Light. There, I’ve said it. I no longer have to live a secret. :) Oh, yeah, and they always want me to have a sip of theirs just in case I like it. Never have liked any of them. I think we have 3 micro breweries in town.

I got the horse right here
    The name is Paul Revere
And here’s a guy that says that the weather’s clear
Can do, can do, this guy says the horse can do
If he says the horse can do, can do, can do.

To Linda Dean, regarding your comment yesterday, Rolling Rock is owned by Anheuser-Busch, which is in turn owned by InBev of Belgium, which once owned Latrobe Brewing Co. before A-B bought Latrobe – and then InBev bought A-B.
Sadly, it’s no longer brewed in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. It’s now brewed in the “lovely” city of Newark, New Jersey at the Budweiser plant.

Andy’s horse was SO SLOW,it not only didn’t “show”;it’s name didn’t show up in the race results.

I don’t know how it is in GB, but it takes about 90 days to go through the eviction process here.
