   Flo and Andy have been married for more than 52 years since the strip is that old.

   The humor of this strip reminds me of what happens in the BBC TV Comedy series, “Last of the Summer Wine.”

   The older women in that show don’t actually talk with their husbands; they talk to or at them.

   When Edie Pegden’s daughter, Glenda, would talk about her relationship with her husband, Barry, and mentioned discussing things with him, Edie would say, “You weren’t raised to do that. Drink your coffeee.”

    Well then, Captain Buttface, it Flo and Andy have been married for 52 years, that would put them in the range of 72 years old.
    They don’t look that old! Flo should not feel like working if she is about that old. Andy would by now be really jaundiced from all the drinking that has destroyed his liver, or he’d be dead!

    Now see, doesn’t the above remark sound really stupid being delivered on a Joe Allen lack of personality post when all I was really gonna say in my post was…..

    Really? Where is it leading to Andy?
