Andy and his wife, Flo, live out the epitome of functional dysfunction. From the pub to the bedroom, Andy’s misadventures paint an indelible portrait of an extremely British battle of the sexes. Join Andy and Flo as they bicker their way through life. Their banter can be hostile, caring, sarcastic and adorable: the perfect ingredients for a lasting marriage.

In my neighborhood supermarket, there are rows and rows of imported beers and ales.
My favorite is Israeli black beer. Light, slightly sweet, delicious! My favorite domestic brand is Michelob.

The “Rogers” must have tasted more of those hundreds that Andy hadn’t got to yet…… They missed misspelling “realize” ……..but the bartenders expression was great!

They missed misspelling “realize”
The “-ise” suffix is a British variant. Realise, recognise, organise, harmonise….

my current favourites are Harp and Smithwicks, as well as Grolsch. Rickards Red is a good pint, too. to each their own, though.

There’s a pub where I live that has 40+ beers on tap and god-only-knows-how-many bottled. They have something called “Around The World.” After you try a certain number of beers from a certain number of countries, you get your name on their wall.

There’s a book called “The Beer Book” which shows the many different kinds of beers that are in the world to well known breweries to local & regional favorites to microbrew beers!

It would seem your pub does not have the inventory
So you can taste all the liquid glory
Of the hundreds of beers that you have missed
And the many more not on the list
They’ll be the topic of many a story.
