   Does Flo aware of the price for beer from brewery going up? If Andy will not tell Flo about the price for beer goes up, she will throw in a fit and will not give more monies to Andy for drinking beer every night.

   I believe this strip is taken place in England. But back in the USA the minimum wage was raised. So everything else is being raised as well. Everything has been steadily going up since the fuel price went up years ago.
