You should have taken a picture Flo and told him you’d show it to all his friends if he didn’t help out around the house. Knowing Andy though, he’d probably not mind that a bit.

This is one of my all time favorite strips, and I well remember when Andy, Flo, and the other characters used to speak with a British accent, often leaving the letter “h” out of their words, such as ‘ead, ‘ere ‘ow (for head, here, how, etc..)

I seem to remember when their English wasn’t so polished either. How are we supposed to pick up on their ways when they’re trying to be like us ?

I’m sure they do and with silly birds lifting their shirts in a quasi tease, then you realize; you’re being taken for a ride but not where you thought you were going. Five more minutes you’ll never get back. :~)
