    Welcome, fellas!

As we saw from Sunday’s preview, Foozy offers pretty good advice.

Hope Alley takes advantage of it.

Ooola continues her descent to the bottom of the quicksand pit.
Nobody had seen her go under. She is fully submerged. There is no hope of being rescued.
It is black and quiet, as the quicksand has muffled her ears, and will soon fill her lungs for permanent residency.

In her mind she is saying good-bye to all that she loved, especially Alley Oop. He had asked her to marry him and she had put him on hold. If only…

She comes to rest gently on the bottom and sinks no more, her eyes and mouth still tightly closed, her last breath waning.
It is here that she will wait for death, alone with her thoughts, and the corpses of the other creatures that have perished here before her.
It seems death is imminent. How can anyone hope to escape?
And then a thought comes to her oxygen-dwindling mind.

Good Morning Benders and readers of Alley Oop.
I was hoping Foozy would confront Alley more and make
think about his narcissistic attitudes him.
After the first panel he should have said

Until you know the pain you cause
that dig in Ooola like sharpened claws,

you cannot make it right with her
when her words to you are just a blur.

With heart not pride please give thought
to soothe like salve a soul made distraught.

Truths then discovered you now can deal
with a maddened Ooola whose heart must heal.

    (Now Foozies panel 2 advice)
Try to find a way to show
The way you feel Just let her know.

Thought “When wounds are healed by love,
    The scars are beautiful.”

That’s Jacks idea of putting in some extra effort.

If only the leaves didn’t randomly appear and disappear whether or not there are any trees around.

And sometimes float all around the characters heads.

And resemble maple leaves even when Jack does show them under a tree that has a completely different kind of leaf.

I think it is time to move your story else where, larryh77 also. Before GoComics, there was and the ability to thumbs up or down. However, maybe you would consider my example on June 1, 2014. I used the TEXTAREA html tag and limited your story to 4 rows, people can see the first 4 rows and scroll through the rest of the story within the TEXTAREA.

tipping the hat to Billy Joel today:

    Tell her about it
    Tell her everything you feel
Give her every reason to accept
    That you’re for real

    Tell her about it
Tell her all your crazy dreams
Let her know you need her
Let her know how much she means
