    Good Morning to all.

    Alley recognized Mary.

But wait ’til he reads the title of the book in question.

Alternate Alley Oop Chapter 20 “The Coup in Moo Falls Mainly on Oop”(78) 11/2/2013 Saturday

Alley Oop and Dinny have found and went to the present base where the rebellion against the rule of Eeny and Wootietoot over the five kingdoms is presently located.

Eeny, upon finding out about the missing flyier Ootoo, she sends her entire flying force into the area of her patrol zone which is in the rugged peaked area West of Moo.

Alley is watching a meeting of the Council of Unified Nations (CUN) Moo chapter on where to use their limited resources to strike. Wizer gets up and talks about his plans of getting every creature in the area to join them in a grand battle against the xooloo spiders and to crush Eeny and Wootietoot. A bold idea, but will it work? Alley wants to ask Wizer, or that symbiote on and in him, how it could
be done. It seems to have much greater knowledge than any one else in his time.

Uh… it’s only been 12 hours – he should recognize her.

Perhaps Mary’s book is titled: “Ugly Alley!”

    Morning, Oopsters.
Man, what a surprise. This story arc started on July 12. We’ve been watching the Benders struggle with this this thing for three and a half months, folks. And we all had it figured out on August 14. Three and a half months!

The good news Alley, is that you left quite an impression on Mary…

For those who don’t know, the “W” stands for Wollstonecraft.

I only recently realized Mary Shelly was the daughter of Mary Wollstonecraft.

What bugs me most is the speed at which this arc was completed. We go through weeks of build-up and we already know where this story is going, and we plod through it hoping to see some excitement (Granted, we were excited when Oop went off the cliff). But we already knew what would happen. I would have rather seen how Doc “McGyvered” a defib device from the stuff he had in his bag and the surroundings.
Kinda reminds me of the disappointment I felt when we read the Mayan “Alley Oop” story. We still don’t know what happened to Yochi. We can guess. Here at least we know what becomes of Mary.

Good morning Benders, John Wooley, and readers of Alley Oop. Is that a dirt smudge on Alley’s face? If it is they can
scrape it and get an additonal soil sample. You would have thought they would wash his wounds and bandage them.
Go figure. Also no way that Doc could be the basis for Doctor Frankenstein.

the bump on his head magically reappears.

a slightly promising beginning devolved into months of lame and excruciating story-telling,very little action, and a kiss-off epilogue…

Someone should go back to the very beginning of this arc and discover which reader FIRST predicted the outcome.
