    Good morning, Alleygators . . .

It looks like Guz is just asking for pain.

(If he expects Alley to bail him out of it, well . . . )

Alternate Alley Oop Chapter 18 “The Everlasting Man-thing”(85) 5/4/2013 Tuesday

    Panel One

“Why did you stop? Are you giving up to them? " Alley put a sneer when he said “them” and pointed a blunt finger at the group of vampires, thralls, reanimated dead and the two Lubins.

    Panel Two

“To the first interrogative, my evasive actions were the distinctions between instances, considered as vetors in a multi-dimensional vector space based on the visual angle of the shape of each radian…”
“Not that, why did you stop working to escape them?” Alley was really bothered by this, not even wondering why they aren’t being attacked.

    Panel Three

“I came to the conclusion it would be more instructive to see this Dr. Dark. Such a human intrigues me. I will learn.” On that weird face (black and green with bat ears, two sets of antenna, yellow eyes with vertical black pupils and a human mouth.)

    Panel Four

“He will dissect you, cut you up, experiment on you, maybe kill you.” Alley added.
“I cannot die.” it said matter-of-factly."
Jinx steps in, “even you can die Baldander, a nuclear reaction could atomize you, then you would be dead.”

    Panel Five

“Before yes, but now I can manipulate such reactions on the atomic an subatomic levels so that they would never harm me, by stopping the electron cascade…”

    Panel Six

“Enough!”Shouted Captain Luxius, “time to go Baldander.” She said using her left hand to sweep to the open back of the headless bird-ship and pointed, the glow spilling out of it.

A few years back, Guz and Umpa got tired of everyone wanting them to make all the decisions and abdicated.

After some guilt tripping by the citizenry, they resumed their duties. If they are going to be consistent, any move for a new form of government will be short-lived.

Everything changes, some people just don’t accept change as gracefully as others

Let’s see. One foreigner comes into town and suggests that the government needs to be changed and now all of a sudden Alley and Foozy are advocating a total revision of the government? Give me a break! This is so re-darn-diculous!

Good Morning Benders and all. Foozie is right , one of the
constants of Life is change. Guz is riding on the fact that when he quit the last time, nobody wanted the job of king.
It was too complicated for anyone in Moo including Alley.
Far better would be be the king moderating a gathering of
voting Moovians. let them promote changes, discuss
the issue and ultimately vote on them. Sorta like some small towns in Vermont. The change in Moo if Doowee has
his way will probably be a buildup of a civilian police force,
to enforce his rules. This would cause cause a split with
part of the people leaving. Keep Doowee in the pit!
