    a regime in place.
Dictatorial. Change is not often welcomed in a dictatorship.

Stop thinking Alley! Agree with Guz! There’s room for one more in the pit and Guz is just mad enough to have the guards “escort” you there too!

Didn’t think there was really any kind of government in Moo. Guz is just a leader like in any tribe. He manages to keep the peace in Moo and protects the people against the ones from Lem. But there has to be a set of rules they follow anyway, but otherwise, the people within Moo do what they want without any interference from Guz as long as it benefits the tribe and causes no trouble.

Good Morning Benders and all. Doowee the wannabe now disgraced lawyer, is finally getting to meet the Wizer , the client he pretended to represent. Alley does have knowledge
of both, the US representative form of Government and it’s
constitution, vrs Moo, with the king having ultimate power,
being chosen by the people. This works as Moo is a small
city state As long as the people have the right to dismiss
the king, a constitution would not be needed.

Gus has the gist. Democracy is gunna drive him crazy. Back in the pit, Wiz is yelling at Doowee for being a nut.
ps SEI velvet revolution does occur when you have an extraordinary leader like Solon, or Washington. They hold transition power a couple years to steady things – then they go home and mind their own business. Possibly Gorbachev, don’t know on him. But could you imagine Stalin calling off the tanks? Beijing certainly didn’t.
