Alternate Alley Oop Chapter 18 “The Everlasting Man-thing”(8) 3/21/2013 Thursday
Panel One
Ally is nearly certain he wants to go on the Galapagos Island tour. Seeing “rare” creatures there. only animals that are dangerous would be the giant monitor lizards. Nothing like the Red Rex’s he has bopped around in his time.
Panel Two
On the Challenger jump-Jet “Roxton” Jinx and Corinne hear & see the proximity alarm that they are within 1 km of the target. They get prepared for stunning and retrieval.
Panel Three
Alley informs General Mann and then gets into modern clothes and a small carry on bag. This time he won’t be carrying his club. He doesn’t want to leave it but too much red tape. He dresses in light clothes; Hawai’ian shirt, Greco-Roman sandals (for his wide feet and huge calves), beige shorts and white Panama hat (C-12 style). However he does buckle on his flat black military-style utility belt from working with the Sunshine Special Ops. He can never be too careful.
King Guz: “One doesn’t have to be a psychologist to recognize the situation.” . Where did this come from? Guz is a Moovian fellow who, unlike Mr. Oop, is not a time traveler. How does he know anything about psychologists?
A great Spring morning to the Benders and all. Guz is blathering on. What I would like to know is where Guz heard about Psychologists. As far as I remember he has never met one, so he had to hear about them from Oop, Ooola, or Doc Wonmug. Oscar would of been worthless for info. Guz must be repeating back, like a parrot, a phrase Alley told to him.
Alley Oop is the classic caveman comic strip revolving around the irrepressible Alley Oop, who travels from prehistoric Moo all the way to the 21st century in his friend Doc Wonmug's time machine.
