Alternate Alley Oop Chapter 17 “Deader Than Dead”(17) 2/17/2013 Sunday
Panel One
Alley Oop back at Moo, after watching Wizer heal some more people in a growing group. Some of which are just spectators. Even some of the animals are watching. Some birds, pterodactyls and some large multi colored long necks gazed his way. He moved on to speak with King Guz about this.
Panel Two
“Alley, I agree it is strange, but Wizer is doing a good job and he is nice about it.” Guz told Alley, suprised but in a happy way. “Well, I think you are right, but how can Moo handle so many people?” “We’ll manage.” King Guz said confidently.
Panel Three
“I’ve got to go back to the future, something is brewing and I must handle it for I won’t feel right staying here.” “Ooola will want to see you, you know.” King Guz reminded him. “I know, please tell her I love her.”
Panel Four
Alley says his goodbye to king Guz,takes the instant time travel device out of his hidden pocket, and just let it send him back to the time he previously left in a flash of light and whoosh of air filling the spot he was in seconds before.
Wow, the Benders really show their creativeness! First hey lead with Friday and then followed with Wednesday! They only repeated half of Saturday and rewrote the dialogue! Almost like putting some effort into creating new stuff. Almost….
Well, I was wrong yesterday. I predicted that yesterday’s strip would be the last two panels today. But the Benders surprised us and actually gave us a new panel. My prediction for today is that today’s last two panels will be the entirety of Monday’s strip.
Good Morning Benders and all. So the immunity to being overpotioned has either started or the T-Rex is being allowed to his true emotion shocking the Wizer out of his fantasy. He truly does have Dinny envy. I loved the crow opening his beak to squawk in the last panel when the headpiece falls off. Way to go Benders!
Alley Oop is the classic caveman comic strip revolving around the irrepressible Alley Oop, who travels from prehistoric Moo all the way to the 21st century in his friend Doc Wonmug's time machine.
