Alternate Alley Oop Chapter 17 “Deader Than Dead”(14) 2/14/2013 Thursday
Panel One
While Alley Oop is seeing Wizer, and his “Other” produce miracles of healing, back in the present his vampire clone and two vampirized velociraptors are looking for him. The evil three are in that museum that Dr. Dark’s minions had robbed over a month ago and Alley had gone to investigate. The police are on their way.
Panel Two
Security chief of the museum Bolan has been injured but left alive by the vampire ‘raptor’ Thorn. He still has his gear, armor, automag and riot shield and is staggering to the place he last saw the intruders were last seen on the CCTV within the museum. He intends on taking a pound of flesh himself.
Panel Three
The leader of the three decides they have been there long enough. They need to go outside to be transported. They all hear the subsonics of the sirens as the police get closer and closer.
Panel Four
“Time to leave!” the vampire clone tells his partners.
Panel Five
“Not if I have a say in this.” Said Bolan to the loathsome trio who turn red eyes his way. The velociraptors give off a low and deadly hiss while the Alley Oop clone grins showing two sharp protruding fangs.
To change the subject back to the Benders’ story – Lame is the best word I can think of. Wizer was affronted because he was not invited to an impromptu party in which there were no invitations. So to get revenge, he drugs these dinosaurs and intends to stampede them through the city, which might result in the deaths of several, if not dozens of people. Am I the only one who thinks this is a dumb story? Slugpunches to Jack and Carole.
Alley Oop is the classic caveman comic strip revolving around the irrepressible Alley Oop, who travels from prehistoric Moo all the way to the 21st century in his friend Doc Wonmug's time machine.
