An interesting twist would be for the dinosaur to become Wiz’s devoted companion, who would follow Wiz around like a little puppy dog, thereby foiling Wiz’s nefarious plot – early on!

    Alternate Alley Oop Chapter 16 “Earth 2 Crisis”(43) 1/12/2013

    Panel One

The vista before them was incredible. More incredible than an earth that looks little different today from Alley Oop’s prehistoric earth millions of years ago on their Earth. Dinosaurs of huge size, long necks, walking on their hind feet with arms and hands! Their violet colored glasses allows them to see what the Mokele-Mbembe
have hidden from any wandering eyes in their otherwise primitive planet. Like a modern self sufficient city dropped into the deep jungle of Asia or Africa or S. America on Earth 1 to exist alone.

    Panel Two

Lavainge and Alley walk ahead of the two mounted friends Oscar and Lola as they come closer to the enchanting city of such beautiful and yet alien aspect. Glittering metals, sparkling gems of huge sized stud them in intricate arabesques.

    Panel Three

Something from the throng ran their way. It is small and fast and not like those others and it was heading right to them!

    Panel Four

This creature is running to them, it isn’t very large about the size of an opossum, but it is dark and sable shiny skin and extremely quick in its movements.

    Panel Five

“Oh no!” Lavainge shouts as this thing leaps up right at her face. Then it started licking her fiercely.

I would’t a done it that way if it had been up to me. But of course, he didn’t ask me.

I don’t suppose Alley is going to suddenly appear and save the Wizer…

That T-Rex may be small but it’s mad as heck now! Bad news for Wiser!

The only thing worse than a lame plot is a lame plot in slow motion.

    @sjsczurek

Small? That’s tiny for a T-Rex. Carole and Jack can’t even do basic research to see how big these creatures were. Or maybe Jack has no concept on how to draw one. Perspective isn’t exactly one of his strengths.

Good Morning Benders and all. I can’t believe it today. There are readers who actually believe that Wizer is trying
his potion on a full grown T-Rex. The T-Rex is obviously a
juvenile by it’s size which is more is line with a test victim.
Even with a juvenile T-Rex, it is indeed stupid to throw a
rock at it’s head and get it angry.

That is if it is a juvenile not an Allosaurus which was much smaller than a T-Rex. And there were carnivores LARGER than a T-Rex.
    -
Of course the prehistoric land originally created wasn’t supposed to represent what was known in that time. Why humans and others related existed at the same time. The same with B.C.
