Alley Oop knows whatever these beings are they probably existed on his earth too, and in his time of Moo, Atla and Lem but on the other side of the earth where they have never been. Alley only knows about all this because he has been exposed to it for a long time. Ooola has an idea but no one else has as much as he has.
Panel Two
Alley knows tact and diplomacy will get them out of this mess, not using his big meaty fists! He hasn’t felt but a little tickle in his feet. As if there is one small thing he is missing that is evil in their midst, hidden and watching them.
Panel Three
On the Land Master their proximity sensors are triggered as a white streak flies over them toward TexComm Prime base without breaking the sound barrier! [Mach 6.89]
There was a storyline many years ago about them going to some certain place where those birds live to get the Wizer another bird hat, when the original got destroyed or something like that. Don’t recall the exact specifics.
There is evidence that Wizer grew up in Moo because there are flashbacks to when he and Guz were children. So we can pretty well suppose that he was born there.
I’ll be interested to see what happens in NightGaunt’s version of Alley Oop. He has gotten better in his writing and will continue to improve those minor grammatical misteps.
Also, I think that Carole may be ‘farming out’ her writing of Alley Oop:
I’ve seen the storyline she submits begin an interesting story arc, then she abandons it; < br> Her story will run along nicely, then stalls;
She begins to have the characters behave as bravely as they have in the past, then the characters completely change their behavior to cowardice and stupidity, with no recollection of the lessons learned in the past 80 years!
yeah, I know it’s only a comic, that I should lighten up. But I’ve seen this strip alot better. The current arc is interesting, how long will it continue before she comes back with something stupid?
