On Earth 2 Oscar dressed in black DI hat and BDU with both “Green Light” and TexComm insignia. The brassard he wears on his left arm has TexComm colors and raised gold star and a LASER reader bar code. He carries an M-16 M which has both TASER rounds and grenade launch capacity with spares in his packs. He gets paired with TexComm troops and scouts and Lola as a guide. The Marines have their own while the Air Force mainly controls their Drones, armed and not, and are waiting on the first actual autonomous robotic weapon (AF-47B) used in the straits of Hormuz battle, to come through. Both TexComm and Marines also have ground robots of various sizes and abilities from those that walk on four or six legs to swiming ones. all sizes including humming bird and dragonfly remotes.

Using the linked electronic environment they trek and map, it is digitally photoed in HD an 3-D and the lay-of-the-land is being slowly mapped from the air as they build up a 3D map of the area with topographic features too, Google has the contract. Gotta love that modern technology.

Of primary importance are water and food from the land. Also where and what all the dinosaurs, and prehistoric mammals an plants are so they all have experts to locate, identify and record them. Lola tells them this isn’t where her precious Utopia is but otherwise the same planet.
To continue yesterday’s discussion of the future beyond 2012: Oop’s visit to the year 2145 did turn out to be an alternate reality. However, Wonmug and company were visited by Dave Wowee from the 22nd century and I’m pretty sure that Wowee was not from an alternate reality.
I don’t think Wonmug is a suspected terrorist, just that he might be in cahoots with O.L. Driller…however, Oola and Ava ARE clearly companions of a suspected terrorist (Alley), so there should still be reasonable suspicion of their motives.
Good Morning Benders and all. The suspense clock to solstice is ticking. Ava’s note to Doc should go thru, as Ava explained, she is on the approved visitors list. A thought, If the coming danger is a ,invisible to now, asteroid, all the nuclear countries of the world can fire their rockets at it. It worked out so well in the movies.
The TSA gal looks a lot like Nurse Ratchet. (For you young whipper snappers – she was head nurse in the mental hospital in “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”. Gave Jack Nicholson a hard time.)
and the stupidity gets even stupider — it’s like passing notes in grade school. what might be of mild interest here is how barefoot oop is doing with ’splaining himself to the security folks.
Alley Oop is the classic caveman comic strip revolving around the irrepressible Alley Oop, who travels from prehistoric Moo all the way to the 21st century in his friend Doc Wonmug's time machine.
