Alternate Alley Oop Chapter 15 “House of the Worm”(105) 11/15/2012
Panel One
The Outsider was calm as he normally is, rarely moved by anything, but he did shed an oleaginous tear for the monster that was so simple and strong. He didn’t make himself and he should not have suffered because of it. He is strong an knew nothing of people beyond his maker, his father.
Panel Two
Using their pen LED flashes they took out the tools again and went to work. “Not as bad as I feared.” Said Dr. Tucker. They went to work rewiring it back the way it was. Not as elegant as it was before but functional yet again.
Panel Three
The Outsider decides to let the being Alley Oop see him since he can sense him. Maybe he can keep the Ghost Hunters from killing him with their dangerous device. He is a logical being with the patience of one without death staring them in the face each day.
Panel Four
Alley suddenly felt a cold tingling, like he has had in other places where such mystical beings and energy are, what those here call “holy places.” Charged with earth power. It feels as if someone is right behind him now! He turns his head and sees….

Panel One
The Outsider used his ability to draw Alley away from the others he only wants him to speak with. He senses things about this man from the distant past, something that he can work with, a man who controls his fear. As he saw in Alley Oop’s eyes.
Panel Two
Alley saw out of the corner of his eye the apparition of the tattered, mouldering skeletal ‘man’ he had seen in his altered state gesturing to him to follow. The others were busy so he sidled off without them noticing.
Panel Three
Found a spot not too far where Alley hoped to learn about this person, what he knows about the house and its deadly alien tenant. -——— Sorry I goofed mis-numbered so here is both to catch up.
now that I think about it……………. why are they worried about 2012 Mayan calendar thing, when Alley and Ooola already met someone from way in the future? the descendant of Dr. wonmug
It’s good to see the timelab again. And the artwork in panel two is very nice. However, Ooola should not be asking her question. She has seen the timelab before, on numerous occasions, and knows full well what it looks like.
In response to Wiselad’s comment, that’s exactly right. Not only has Oop met Dave Wowee from the year 2145, he has also visited the future himself. He actually visited the year 2145 in the strip of May 9, 2005.
And I would like to see if the time control remote has mysteriously disappeared like it did the last time.
But Alley and Ava and Wonmug have no recollections of visiting 2145 since the error that was made by Mr. Wowee was corrected and no Civil War 2 had taken place. I’m not sure that Alley Oop ever met Wowee. I shall have to check.

Good Morning Benders and all. Dr Wonmug’s Lab does look different with the solar panels and the wind generators. Problem is not enough power would be generated for the time labs needs. They didn’t exist in the back view of the roof in the 2009/03/12 strip.
Alley Oop is the classic caveman comic strip revolving around the irrepressible Alley Oop, who travels from prehistoric Moo all the way to the 21st century in his friend Doc Wonmug's time machine.
