Alternate Alley Oop Chapter 15 “House of the Worm”(99) 11/9/2012
Panel One
The wide shouldered raggedy man had two arms on his right and an abnormally long arm on the left. It had started moving again slowly but inexorably walking forward again. Alley needs to hit the thing in such away to cripple it. Either physically broken or with pain.
Panel Two
“Please don’t leave us!” they all ‘heard’ and they can see three faint nebulous forms appearing near. Only Dr. Tucker could see them clearly. They are the psychic remnants of one of the families that stayed in the crumbling house in the early 1950’s. A young family. All that was left of them were some blood spatters and skin fragments. The timing couldn’t be worse!
Panel Three
Alley is feeling a bit dizzy, that whip trip hammer blow put him into the compacted earth of the wall. That lumbering thing is about to reach with its very long arm for Dr. Tucker!
Looks like Oop is pointing up into some trees. Saying to Foozy “see that time-travel transport spot”? Is the giant X still there on the ground or will Foozy be looking to where Oop is pointing to find it?
Good Morning Benders and all A perplexing question. How to guard the perimeters of a errant time travel spot with one person. The most logical way is to limit the entry point surrounding the spot to one location thus making it easier to protect. With Dinny’s help it could be done quickly. Of course Foozy could just wave his arms and say, I tell you friend to have some fear For there is much danger here
