But . but .. but … what didn’t she like about it?

Maybe it had something to do with the snakes. They never give a good impression in washable marker.

The guy at the gas station has something very similar to what she described. $1,500. (I asked him.)

I think Grandma didn’t like the location of the tat on Agnese’s body.

Notice: All you people (especially women) with sleeve tats, guys with neck tats and anyone with a mishmash on their arms (pick a theme people) are gonna regret it when they get to my age. The skin on your arms and elsewhere developes weird wrinkles and your taste for dragons carrying roses (really?) will change. Can you imagine the Senior Centers and rest homes of the future? Gah!

Better if they create a tattoo that can last awhile but if you sue some chemical not found in Nature it will wash right off.

So then you’re suggesting we get really tiny, tidy, tight tats. The tinier, tidier and tighter the better.
    .
Just so we can annoy the nurses and fellow inmates of whatever seniors’ centre we visit in our great old age.
    .
Guess Agnes will have to wait for her tat.

This was hilarious! My son owns a tattoo shop and all those teeny little tats are referred to as refrigerator magnets! What cracked me up was the flag comment that Agnes made, because it’s so true. Some people think there is nothing taboo as long as it has the flag wrapped around it. The grim reaper would be one example, the Tasmanian Devil another! I’m 62 and have several tattoos. No flags, though. I just figure by the time I get to the home the staff will think, Man , that was one cool old lady!
