Tony Cochran’s Agnes is a whimsical look at childhood through the eyes of the title character and her best friend, Trout. What sets this strip apart is the focus on that limbo just before little girls discover boys and appropriate social skills.

I don’t know, Agnes, Christmas wrapping paper being burned in the fireplace can have some amazing colors & the occasional pop.

I like the 4th because I can celebrate it with friends, and not feel guilty that I’m not with extended family. Sure, I can invite relatives if I want to, but at least I’m not obligated to do so. So nice to be able to celebrate with people we enjoy being around!! (Instead of “walking on eggshells” to avoid conflict.)

In some countries they do celebrate Christmas with fireworks (mainly the Southern Hemisphire countries where it’s summer there) & wear “flip-flops” (thong or slides version) P.S. A person can wear “flip-flops” during Christmas. (while wearing a pair of socks or toe socks!)
