I did the online test a few years ago, just for the heck of it. Almost every question was about movies the prior year. And since I don’t go to movies…

I was a contestant on Jeopardy in the late nineties. Was in first place going in to Final Jeopardy, but talked myself out out the last “question” because I thought it was too easy. Ended up in second place with a trip to Jamsica and other lovely parting gifts. An interesting experience, but one I won’t repeat as long as Trebek is still hosting.

After reading panel 4, I’m tempted to drop this strip from my reading list until Rob Harrell puts himself into the strip for the purpose of publicly apologizing for insulting every “Wheel Of Fortune” fan.

As I Wheel of Fortune fan I found it cute and funny. And you have to admit, some of the contestants don’t seem to be too bright. I’m quite intelligent (if I do say so myself) and I’d love to go on Wheel.

It takes a lot of work to obtain the knowledge for Jeopardy and depending on the subjects, you still can fail. Wheel of Fortune is much easier and you can still win some pretty good bucks. They are both just games.
Congratulations katzenbooks45 – it’s quite an accomplishment just to get on the show.

At least it didn’t say “Let’s Make a Deal Contestant".

Gotta go w/Carl Spackler: “It’s no big deal.”

He is still going strong. All this week we have had contestants back from each decade starting in the 1970’s. You could have been back to win more money.

actually it takes a different kind of intelligence to win at Wheel-Of-Fortune. It wasn’t really a real insult. Don’t be so ridiculous here. And since the likelihood of you reading it and seeing some kind of apology is small since you will stop reading it. And these are done many weeks in advance. I’d do better at Jeopardy than WOF anyway. My mom was much better at WOF than Jeopardy. Don’t be so thin skinned.
