    If you can still appreciate the silver lining, you might not be sick enough

    When I was sick last weekend I tried to put the extra time on my hands into some extra webcomics research

    That’s when I knew I was pretty sick, sitting at the computer was too much for me

    @SUSAN NEWMAN

    Sounds British.

    It is.
    Shabbat Shalom, SUSAN! We had a minyan at Temple last night, in spite of road conditions. We’ve gone back to the later start time of 7:30 pm on Friday nights. When our current rabbi took over in 2010, he thought it would be a great idea to start the service at 7:00, with the premise being people would get home from the service sooner. Unfortunately, attendance dropped off as a result of the early start time, because people getting out of work then had less time to prepare.
