1/2 cup warm freshly mashed potatoes – mix with enough icing sugar to make a firm paste.Add 1 tsp of any flavoring.
Shape into balls and set on wax paper.Melt sweet or semi-sweet chocolate.Keep this warm while you dip balls into it.Roll in cocoanut or crushed nuts and leave to harden on wax paper.
