    That’s why they sell the personal model without a prescription. I wore out my first. So far the second is holding up. The cuff on this one won’t take a Dorito’s bag and my arm. Too bad. :-)

    Anyway, to answer you, dzw, most, if not all, drug stores/pharmacies have a self-service blood pressure machine that you can use to test your BP.
