You’re right it is the hair that does it. If you look the faces are basically the same. @Gracielu not all men go for the chest first, some of us go for the face first, or for the whole package not only how it comes together, but how it is wrapped. Nice clothes can speak volumes about a lady. And I stress it doesn’t have to be revealing to speak well.

I believe she meant “pop a squat”, because “cop a squat” means something different that would require cleaning.
