   At the store the other day I noted Little Debbie had wasted no time in making a replacement. I’m not going to buy one, but I wonder if it’s the traditional one with vanilla or the one hostess has had for the last decade with no flavorings.
   .

   It still blows the mind. The decision to remove most flavorings from their cakes, a 50% resulting drop in sales, and it never occurred to Hostess to go back to their prior recipes.

    Little Debbie has been making their golden creams for years. Even before hostess decided to make their reduced fat (and reduced taste) items, the Little Debbie snackcakes have tasted better.
    But as I once saw on a list of things a red neck wouln’t say, “Little Debbies has too many fat grams.”
