What’s wrong with a hip-hop class dad? She may like ballet or tap as an alternative, my daughter loves tap.

Adam is probably like a lot of people get as they age, tending to think of all music after his own era as garbage

I may have to age but I refuse to grow old

Can’t say I like all of it but there is a lot of Hip Hop, Rap, etc that I’ve enjoyed when I’ve heard it

If she wants to be a professional dancer, she needs to learn it all. BTW – I’ve always loved heavy metal music – even my kids don’t like it.

I like music from all sorts of eras and genres. However, it’s probably not a bad idea for Adam to find out the reason and how much Katy really wants to do it. After all, dance classes can be expensive and time consuming.

Maybe Adam thinks there’s not much of a market for a white female hip-hop dancer. “Roundhouse” hasn’t been on the air in a long time.

Not a pun, exactly. More like a double-entendre.

Skip my age, but I’m a grandfather, and I like music from many eras, Bach to Benny Goodman, to Bee Gees and Black Sabbath, and there’s quite a bit of new stuff out there I love, but rap — pure torture. With the sole exceptions of “Amish Paradise” and “All About The Pentiums.”
    /Drop the bass.

    I’ve a much better idea:
Drop EVERYTHING about ©rap, and LEARN HOW TO SING! (Don’t ever refer to a rapper as a “singer,” and don’t call those raps “songs”.)

Oops, didn’t realize that putting a “c” in parentheses by itself is how you make the copyright symbol!

Other than the Music, and the thug mentality most of the dances have. Nothing.
