Here in NYC, the leaves start turning colors in early-mid November.
And then the people who were sentenced to “community service” have to rake them up.

It’s just a Sunday opportunity to avoid talking about the new dog in the family. How many more days will Brian and Rob drag this story line out??

+1 on the dog-avoidance. The week-long series should have been a lead-in to the big Sunday unveiling of The Dog. Sigh….

Sunday comics, in most cases, don’t follow the weekday timeline.

Whatevs, for us adults, is translated to “Whatever!”. Some words have too many letters when you text. They then become part of the culture (for better or worse). LOL for example is a pretty good one. “Evs” is just too weird.
As for the rest of it, Katie is trying to be smart, and failing.

Winter is coming — Game of Thrones reference! Nicely surrealistic. All you whiners — write your own bloody comic.
