so it’ll be either sunday, or monday, before we actually see the dog? (my opinion, they needed the extra time to learn how to draw a dog! hah)

I said this yesterday…GRAND-STANDING!

Not “a” dog Tirasmol… “the” dog. The new member of the strip who shall be there for now and evermore. What personality quirks, what distinctive markings, what bad habits, what everything! This is a big step, ya know.
Or maybe he’s grandstanding.

I just hope—Heaven forbid—that they didn’t adopt that “mutt” of a receptionist!
LOL

They said they’d got a dog – not a cow.

I’m just afraid the dog could turn out to be Dusty the Poodle from Big Top

I hope the dog is neutered. I haven’t seen Daisy from Blondie lately. Did she ever have pups?
Alexikakos said, 7 months ago
@flagfly “Their son Alexander, called Baby Dumpling for a long time, was born in 1934. Not to be outdone, Daisy soon had five puppies, four girls and a bratty boy called Elmer. Daisy’s puppies appeared in strips for years without changing, but either Daisy got tired of them or the artist got tired of drawing them and they disappeared.”

Dog? I’m pretty sure I’m not a dog. I train people, for cryin’ out loud!

Everyone’s refering to the dog as “she”. What if the dog’s a “he”?

NO DOG TOMORROW FOLKS
.
It’s a “Sunday Strip” (9 panels counting title) With Katy and Clayton talking about both fall and late spring weather.
.
It;s also (seemingly) a comment on what Basset and Harrel
think of current kids’ slang.
