   THIS is the front-desk REPRESENTATIVE for an animal adoption center??? No administrator, or H.R. director would knowingly put such a nasty attitude front and center. Fire her!
   (I love the internet! We can complain about artwork with an attitude! LOL)

    Perhaps she’s a “volunteer” from a community service program and had a choice of doing volunteer work or going to jail.
