That’s a myth. ALL dogs shed. Some breeds shed less, but none are “shed free.”

Everything with hair sheds. Just look in the shower drain…

How about a Newfoundland/Poodle mix? Call it a “noodle”.

Since the Newfoundland is called a ‘Newfie’ –
    It could be a “Poofie”.

I wish they’d cut the crap and get a dog, already!
This arc is almost as drawn-out and dull as “Gasoline Alley”.

Yorkies do not shed. They have a single layer of hair that must be cut or it grows to unmanagable lengths.

Dogs with hair do not shed. Just as we do not shed. We may lose some hairs, but it is not the same process as shedding.

Thank you for planning to adopt a dog from a shelter. Consider just seeing who touches your heart instead of focusing on a specific breed or mix. There are so many wonderful homeless pets looking for someone to love.

Yea, shelter dogs! You can find all kinds of dogs in the shelter. Also petfinder.com. That’s where I found my last dog. He was actually from a rescue, which are great too! Most are still shelter dogs, just taken from the shelter into the rescue and put in homes to be fostered. You really get to know a lot about the pets in those situations. :)

Why so negative? If you don’t like it, don’t read it.
