ygor - I think these themed strips have been great.
Isn’t it sad when a persons’ politics prevent them from backing a good thing?
vawser said, 29 days ago
For me,it’s not really politics - sometimes I get tired of being preached at, whether from the right or the left. This week, some of the theme comics were funny; others, sadly, were not. And if the artists were forcing a theme, they may have passed up something truly funny, which to me is the point of reading comics. I generally desire to avoid political discussion, so it doesn’t make me happy when somebody’s agenda is being pushed in the funnies. That being said, I trust things will get back to normal and I’ll be able to forget the troubles of the world through laughter again.
