The Academia Waltz was Berke Breathed's first cartoon, published daily from 1978 to 1979 in The Daily Texan at The University of Texas at Austin, where he was a student. The strip focused primarily on college life, although it sometimes made references to big news stories of the time (such as the incident at Three Mile Island in 1979).

And still there is no evidence of harm to anyone. Sure there is a lot of activists and people against nuclear claiming things but that isn’t evidence.

You can’t judge them on their lack of results or proof. It is their good intentions they want to be judged by.
Nuclear would sure be cleaner than coal. But since the greenies want everyone to live in caves using the light of candles hand-dipped in free-range, organic bees wax, we will continue to experience brownouts.
There hasn’t been a new power plant of any kind built in California since either the late 70’s or early 80’s. Their demand increases. And they have rolling brown outs and black outs every year.

If those solar farms had been constructed we’d be in better shape as the wind farms. Between the both of them alone we could have double the available power we use now at peak times. Without the pollution or GHGs being produced.
