   This article is from Aug 2007 - before the economic meltdown. Cost approximations WERE between $6 to $7 Billion Dollars.

   A more recent article from CNN (Nov 6, 2009) indicates the cost to be over $10 Billion & needing Govt Tax Payer $$$$$ to help build them because Wall Street Investors Aren’t interested.

   “The industry is poised to get billions in federal help, but some say that’s a bad idea.”
