    So that’s why so many NASCAR fans were in that jury panel. The city wants the farm for a NASCAR track.

    The 2 Cows and Chicken have left the courtroom.

    A city couldn’t build a NASCAR track where the farm is unless they annexed to make it a part of the city first. And then the city could declare eminent domain and take it over.

    Yep, when y’all know the ropes, you can get away with a lot of things.

    this comic is SO well done……I really appreciate the attention to detail…the perspective of being a bit elevated looking down is not easy to maintain..and the characters are hilarious —-
